    1. Marketing

Setelah  Marketing menerima ORDER dalam bentuk CUTTING”S dari Pembeli di luar negeri
  • Bukukan dengan ORDER/ CUTTING”S menggunakan Sales Order
  • Kirim ORDER/ CUTTING”S ke bagian Divisi Pembahanan  untuk mulai dilakukan penghitungan keperluan material untuk kebutuhan bahan yang diperlukan untuk seluruh proses penyelesaian Cutting”s tersebut.
    1. Divisi Pembahanan  

Dari Divisi Pembahanan  akan mulai dihitung kebutuhan nya mulai dari pemenuhan kebutuhan untuk penyelesaian order tersebut sesuai dengan dari jenis desain dan jumlah dari tiap desain yang diorder yang dalam perhitungannya berdasarkan atas Bill of Material ( BOM ) yang dibuat oleh Divisi Product Development ( Pengembangan Produk ) dan Divisi Engineering  yang dimana kebutuhan bahan tersebut dibagi menjadi beberapa Kategori yaitu  
  • Bahan Baku Utama ( Kayu ) ,
  • Hardware,
  • Material Finishing,
  • Material Packing,
  • Material Mirror ( Kaca ),
  • Material Glue ( Lem ) ,
  • Material Amplas ( Abrassive ),
  • Material  Fastener,
  • Material Panel,
  • Material TME  ( Tooling, Mekanik, Elektrik ),
  • Lain-lain ( seperti : Majun, dempul, paku besi, dan pita merah untuk hardware),
  • Dan yang terakhir ,  Inventaris seperti ATK ( seperti : alat Tulis dan Kantor ).


Setelah Bahan Baku sesuai dengan Kategori keperluan untuk penyelesaian order dan siap  maka  Proses Produksi dimulai  yang alur proses produksinya dimulai  dari :


    1. Divisi Purchasing  

Apabila ada bahanbsku  tidak tersedia cukup , segera membuat PO dengan menggunakan Purchase Orders
Dengan QuickBooks pemesanan bahan tidak perlu menunggu perhitungan dari Divisi Pembahanan , karena apabila stok bahan sudah berada dibawah stok minimum QuickBooks akan memperingatkannya lewat Reminder


Misalkan bahan Kayu yang dipesan sudah diterima bukukan dengan menggunakan Receive Inventory..

Selanjutnya Kayu dikeringkan , selanjutnya setelah kering simpan di gudang sesuai Grade nya


    1. Unit Pencucian Kayu  ( UPK )

Proses yang dilakukan di Unit Pencucian Kayu adalah untuk pembuatan komponen dalam bentuk  Kayu asli / Solid Wood.
      1. Pengambilan Kayu dari Gudang

Dengan SPK UPK tersebut maka dikeluarkan Kayu yang sudah dalam kondisi kering dengan Kadar Air / MC 
(Moisture Content ) antara 8 s/d 10.
Gudang membukukan pengeluaran kayu menggunakan Transfer Inventory .


      1. BOM Pembuatan  Kotak ( S4S )

Bill Of Material ( BOM ) Kotak ( S4S )dibuat dengan menggunakan Item Assembly
      1. Membukukan hasil produksi Kotak ( S4S )

Hasil produksi Kotak ( S4S )di bukukan dengan menggunakan Build Assemblies
Simpan di gudang UPK yang secara otomatis tercatat sebagai Persediaan S4S (barang setengah jadi).
      1. BOM  Pembuatan Komponen

Bill of Material untuk pembuatan Komponen , dirumuskan dengan menggunakan Item Assembly

Pada tahapan penerimaan  komponen dari Unit Paneel dan Unit Veneer petugas GSP tinggal mengechek kebenarannya dari QuickBooks dilayar komputer.

Untuk komponen yang dibuat di Unit Proses Awal adalah pada umumnya adalah bentuk komponen yang proses pembuatannya dalam bentuk komponen lurus yang berprofil dengan ukuran dan jenis tertentu , yang bahannya adalah bentuk Kotak ( S4S ) / Panel

Komponen jadi yang dibuat di Unit Proses Akhir pada umumnya adalah bentuk komponen yang proses pembuatannya dalam bentuk komponen Melengkung / memiliki radius tertentu dan bergelombang yang berprofil dan berlubang dengan ukuran dan jenis tertentu bahannya adalah Komponen Lurus produk Unit Proses Awal

BOM Komponen Jadi dengan bahan Komponen Lurus dibuat dengan menggunakan Item Assembly

    1. Proses Gosok Awal

Setelah komponen jadi selesai di Proses di unit Proses Awal dan Proses Akhir maka proses selanjutnya sebelum komponen dirakit adalah dilakukan proses pengosokan pada bagian permukaan komponen dan kalibrasi.
    1. Gudang Siap Assembling ( GSA )

Setelah semua Komponen selesai digosok, dikalibrasi dan di Base Coat di Unit Gosok Awal maka semua komponen tersebut dimasukkan ke Gudang Siap Assembling untuk diadministrasikan dan dibuat  SPK Perakitan maka proses selanjutnya adalah dilakukan di Perakitan Komponen untuk menjadi Produk / desain Furniture Jadi  dalam bentuk masih belum di Finishing ( kondisi Mentah ) di Unit Perakitan ( Unit Assembling ).
    1. Unit Assembling

Untuk Proses Assembling tersebut maka pihak assembling akan mendapat Surat Perintah Kerja ( SPK ) dari Pihak Gudang Siap Assembling  untuk melakukan perakitan suatu  Desain/ product Furniture dan untuk bahan yang perlu dipakai untuk diperakitan ini adalah mulai dari Komponen Siap Assembling, Hardware, Glue, Dempul sampai ke Bahan Penolong lainnya.
Di dalam unit perakitan P.T. IGA ABADI  terbagi menjadi beberapa bagian yaitu :


  • Bagian Perakitan Sub Rakitan : pada bagian tersebut berfungsi untuk merakit Komponen yang perlu dirakit terlebih dahulu sebelum komponen tersebut masuk ke Perakitan Utama.


  • Bagian Perakitan Utama, untuk bagian ter sebut dibagi menjadi :


    1. Perakitan Casegoods, contoh Produk : Dresser, Night Stand, dan Media Chest
    2. Perakitan Bed / Ranjang, Contoh Produk : HeadBoard, footboard dan Side Rail
    3. Perakitan Table / Meja
    4. Perakitan Chair / Kursi
    5. Perakitan  Mirror


Setelah Semua komponen telah dirakit menjadi barang jadi maka perlu dilakukan penggosokan ulang ( Proses Gosok Putih )  pada bagian permukaan Furniture atau meubel tersebut terutama permukaan yang akan difinishing dengan menggunakan amplas/abrasive dengan grade # 240  kemudian setelah  tuntas dilakukan hal ini maka Barang Furniture yang telah dihasilkan oleh unit assembling siap untuk Dicat/ Di Finishing di Unit Finishing.


    1. Unit Finishing

Untuk Furniture Product yang dihasilkan Oleh P.T. IGA ABADI  menggunakan  Jenis American Style Finishing yang umumnya melewati  tahapan-tahapan proses finishing dengan minimum melewati 5 tahapan finishing. Mulai dari Proses Shapping, Equalizing, Stain I, Stain II, Wash Coat, Glaze, Sealer I, Sealer II , Top Coat dan terakhir Flow Coat.


    1. Unit Packing

Setelah selesai Di Finishing maka product yang sudah jadi siap dipacking dengan bahan packing seperti: foam,  foam sheet, plastic straight film dan Box


Dan setelah dipacking Maka Barang Jadi tersebut dikirim ke Gudang Barang Jadi  untuk Siap dikirim ke Pembeli / Pemberi Order
